Jefferey Carr writes in The Diplomat about "Why the US will Lose a Cyber War".  In his article Carr expresses concerns about how military thinkers continue to view of cyberspace as just a 5th domain and not addressing how cyber interrelates.

The Silicon Valley AFCEA Chapter owes its foundation in a large part to these programs. Kudos to the many local AFCEA members who helped to make these programs a success!

 AFCEA was founded in 1946.  Today, AFCEA serves as a bridge between government requirements and industry capabilities, representing the top government, industry, and military professionals in the fields of information technology, communications, and intelligence.


Located around the world, AFCEA’s 134 chapters give engineers, programmers, managers, government officials and military personnel continuing opportunities to exchange ideas. AFCEA chapters conduct symposia and seminars in addition to other chapter activities.  The Silicon Valley AFCEA Chapter (SV AFCEA) was originally chartered in 1978 as the Santa Clara Valley AFCEA chapter.
